Christmas Kickstart Challenge GDT Reminder

Die Sonne scheint, wir haben Temperaturen um die 20°C,

da denkt man nicht an Weihnachten und an Weihnachtskarten.

Aber ich habe es dennoch getan, denn ich habe diesen Monat die große Ehre 

Gastdesignerin bei der Christmas Kickstart Challenge zu sein.

The sun is shining, we have temperatures around 20°C,

you don't think about Christmas and Christmas cards.

But I did it anyway because I have the great honor of being a guest designer 

at the Christmas Kickstart Challenge  this month.

Unser Thema diesen Monat ist eine Farbpalette mit ungewöhnlichen Weihnachtsfarben.

Our theme this month is a color palette with unusual Christmas colors.

Für meine Reminder-Karte verwendete ich meinen Lieblingsschneemann von Polkadoodles.

Ich stempelte ihn direkt auf die Karte und colorierte ihn mit Alkoholstiften.

Anschließend maskierte ich ihn, um den Hintergrund zu gestalten. dafür klebte ich einen Bereich der Karte ab und wischte mit Distress Oxides. Nach dem Trocknen machte ich mit einer Schablone und weißer Stempelfarbe verschieden große Kreise, die wie Schnee wirken.

Zum Schluss stempelte ich den Text und gab eine einzelne Schneeflocke hinzu.

For my reminder card, I used my favorite Polkadoodles snowman.

I stamped it directly onto the card and colored it with alcohol pens.

Then I masked it to create the background. I masked off an area of the card and 

wiped with Distress Oxides. After drying, I used a stencil and white stamping ink 

to make circles of different sizes that look like snow.

Finally, I stamped the text and added a single snowflake.
