Mai Enthüllung bei CCC / May CCC Reveal

 

 Es ist wieder Zeit für die Enthüllung bei der Card Chain Challenge.

It's reveal time again in the Card Chain Challenge.

Diesen Monat ging meine Karte zu Julia in den USA.

This month my card went to Julia in the USA.

Dieses mal habe ich die Themenoptionen: Blumen, Post, Freundschaft 

als Grundlage für meine Karte verwendet.

This time, I used the themes Flowers, Postal and Friendship as the basis for my card.

Für den Hintergrund habe ich die tolle Stanz- und Prägeschablone von Marianne Design verwendet. Darauf stempelte ich verschiedene Motive und klebte anschließend die Briefmarken auf. 

Das sind Sticker und sie zeigen Vergissmeinnicht. Diese gibt es auch in großer Anzahl in meinem Garten. Aus dunkelblauem Karton stanzte ich das Wort 'Hallo' und ergänzte mit einem Wortsticker.

For the background, I used the wonderful die-cutting and embossing stencil from Marianne Design. 

I stamped various motifs onto it and then adhered the stamps. These are stickers, 

and they depict forget-me-nots-flowers that also grow in abundance in my garden. 

I die-cut the word "Hallo" from dark blue cardstock and added a word sticker.

Eine kleine Abkühlung / A little cool-down

... tut gut bei den aktuellen Temperaturen und bei einem Tauchgang kann man auch viel entdecken.

... feels great in the current temperatures and you can discover so much during a dive.

Das wunderschöne Unterwassermotiv stammt von The Greatery 

und ich habe es aus Aquarellpapier ausgestanzt und alles mit Aquarellfarben coloriert.

Nach dem Trocknen habe ich im oberen Bereich die kleinen weißen Punkte aufgeklebt 

und im unteren Bereich habe ich durchsichtige Halbperlen aufgeklebt. Sie wirken wie Wassertropfen. Den Kartenrohling habe ich im unteren Bereich mit Distress Oxides eingefärbt 

und dann den Text gestempelt.

The beautiful underwater motif comes from The Greatery 

and I die-cut it from watercolor paper and colored the entire piece with watercolors.

Once dry, I adhered small white dots to the upper section and clear half-pearls to the lower section, 

they look just like water droplets. I inked the lower part of the card base using Distress Oxides, 

and then stamped the text.

Heute darf es glitzern! / Today, let it sparkle!

 

Denn es ist eine Karte zur Goldenen Hochzeit entstanden.

For a card for a golden wedding anniversary has been created.

Die Karte habe ich in der Faux Glass Technik gearbeitet.

Dafür habe ich den Blütenkranz (Memory Box) ausgestanzt und direkt auf die Karte geklebt.

Dann habe ich die Blüten gold ausgemalt und Glossy Accents darauf gegeben.

Dann habe ich den Blütenkranz noch drei mal ausgestanzt und nach dem Trocknen übereinder geklebt. Aus goldenem Glitterpapier stanzte ich die Zahlen aus und befestigte sie mit Schaumstoffpads. 

Den Text (Charlie & Paulchen) stanzte ich ebenfalls aus weißem Karton aus 

und klebte ihn direkt auf die Karte.

I created this card using the Faux Glass technique.

To do this, I die-cut the floral wreath (Memory Box) and adhered it directly onto the card.

Then, I colored the blossoms gold and applied Glossy Accents over them.

Next, I die-cut the floral wreath three more times and, once dry, layered 

and glued them on top of one another. I die-cut the numbers from gold glitter paper 

and attached them using foam pads. I also die-cut the text (Charlie & Paulchen) from white cardstock and glued it directly onto the card.

Die letzten Nächte / The last few nights

 

... waren noch einmal sehr kalt und teilweise gab es leichten Frost.

Also kann ich beruhigt ein paar neue Winter-ATC's zeigen.

... were once again very cold, and in places there was a light frost.

So, I can feel perfectly comfortable sharing a few new winter ATCs.

Für die Hintergründe verwendete ich Designpapier, 

welches ich zusätzlich noch weiß embossed habe. 

Die Bilder habe ich aus Designpapier ausgeschnitten bzw. ausgestanzt.

Zusätzloich arrangierte ich Zweige, Blüten und Schneeflocken.

For the backgrounds, I used patterned paper, which I also white-embossed. 

I cut or die-cut the images from patterned paper.

Additionally, I arranged sprigs, blossoms, and snowflakes.

... gibt es Klatsch und Tratsch und werden viele Geschichten erzählt.

Leider werden wir nicht erfahren, was die kleine Krabbe dem Seepferdchen erzählt.

Unfortunately, we will not find out what the little crab tells the seahorse.

Vielleicht erzählt sie ja, das bei der Traumfabrik eine neue Challenge gestartet ist.

Maybe she’ll mention that a new challenge has started at the Dream Factory.

Alles geht zum Thema Unterwasserwelt!

Anything goes—as long as it’s about the underwater world!

Ich habe mit Aquarellfarben eine kleine Unterwasserwelt gezeichnet.

Mit einem schwarzen und weißen Fineliner habe ich dann noch Akzente gesetzt.

Dieses Bild war als Geburtstagsgeschenk gedacht.

Doch leider hat die Post meinen Brief verbummelt und das Geschenk ist (bis jetzt) nicht angekommen.

I painted a little underwater world using watercolors.

I then added some accents using a black and a white fineliner.

This picture was intended as a birthday gift.

Unfortunately, however, the postal service misplaced my letter, and the gift has not arrived (yet).

Der morgendliche Gesang / The morning song

 

... der Vögel hat mich zu einem neuen Pocketletter inspiriert.

... of the birds has inspired me to create a new Pocket Letter.

Für den Hintergrund habe ich Papier von einem Kalender des letzten Jahres verwendet 

(viel zu schade zum wegwerfen!) Dieses habe ich zusätzlich noch ein wenig bestempelt.

For the background, I used paper from last year's calendar (far too nice to throw away!). 

I also added a few stamped details to it.

Die niedlichen Vögel auf den Ästen (Yixuan Stamps) habe ich mit Alkoholstiften coloriert, 

ausgeschnitten und mit Schaumstoffpads aufgeklebt.

I colored the cute birds on the branches (Yixuan Stamps) with alcohol markers, 

cut them out, and mounted them using foam pads.

Die Texte (Kartenkunst) habe ich direkt auf die Karten gestempelt.

I stamped the text (Kartenkunst) directly onto the cards.

April Enthüllung bei CCC / April CCC Reveal

 

 Es ist wieder Zeit für die Enthüllung bei der Card Chain Challenge.

It's reveal time again in the Card Chain Challenge.

Diesen Monat ging meine Karte zu Daja in Deutschland.

This month my card went to Daja in Germany. 

Ich wählte dieses mal für die Umsetzung die Farbvorgabe.

This time, I chose the color scheme for the implementation.

Den weißen Kartenrohling prägte ich. Darauf platzierte ich die verschiedenen Elemente.

Die Mohnblüte habe ich mit Alkoholstiften coloriert, ausgeschnitten 

und mit Schaumstoffpads befestigt.

I embossed the white card blank. Then I placed the various elements on it.

I colored the poppy with alcohol markers, cut it out, and attached it with foam pads.

Oskar durfte bei strahlendem Sonnenschein am Wochenende das erste mal in den Garten.

Sehr vorsichtig, aber auch sehr neugierig.

Oskar was allowed into the garden for the first time this weekend in glorious sunshine.

Es wird gefeiert! / It's time to celebrate!

Ich habe die große Ehre, Gastdesignerin bei der AAABirthday Challenge zu sein.

I have the great honor of being a guest designer for the AAABirthday Challenge.

 

Der Challengeblog feiert seinen 7. Geburtstag.

Gestaltet eine Geburtstagskarte. 

Jeder Teilnehmer nimmt an der Verlosung eines Überraschungspreises teil.

The challenge blog is celebrating its 7th birthday!

Design a birthday card. 

Every participant will be entered into a drawing for a surprise prize.

Den Prägefolder (Creative Depot) färbte ich ganz leicht mit Distress Oxides ein 

und prägte anschließend das Stück Papier. 

Darauf platzierte ich den süßen Bären (Creative Depot) 

und gab ihm ein kleines Törtchen (Newton's Nook Design) in die Tatzen.

Zum Schluss stempelte ich die Geburtstagstexte (Dani Peuss und Stampin'Up) 

und klebte alles auf einen weißen Kartenrohling.

I lightly tinted the embossing folder (Creative Depot) with Distress Oxides 

and then embossed the piece of paper. 

I placed the cute bear (Creative Depot) on top 

and gave it a little cake (Newton's Nook Design) in its paws.

Finally, I stamped the birthday greetings (Dani Peuss and Stampin' Up) 

and adhered everything to a blank white card.

Das Arbeiten mit Aquarellfarben / Working with watercolors

 

... ist sehr entspannend für mich und sehr gern kombiniere ich sie auch mit Stempeln.

... is very relaxing for me, and I also really enjoy combining them with stamps.

Auf ein Stück Aquarellpapier stempelte ich zuerst die Blüten und Blätter 

(Craft Sensations und Tracey Hey Design). Anschießend colorierte ich mit Aquarellfarben. 

Das geht nur nach und nach, denn zwischendurch muss die Farbe trocknen, 

damit nichts ineinander verläuft.

Zum Schluss stempelte ich den Text (Craft Emotions).

I first stamped the flowers and leaves (Craft Sensations and Tracey Hey Design) 

onto a piece of watercolor paper. Then I colored them with watercolors. 

This can only be done gradually, as the paint needs to dry in between 

to prevent it from running together.

Finally, I stamped the text (Craft Emotions).

Verwendet mindestens 3 Farben eurer Wahl !

Schwarz, weiss, grau und braun sind neutrale  Farben und können zusätzlich angewendet werden.

Black, white, gray, and brown are neutral colors and may be used in addition.

Weitere Frühlingskarten / More spring cards

 

... möchte ich Euch zeigen.

Nachdem meine Osterkartenproduktion dieses Jahr nicht so üppig war, 

habe ich Frühlingskarten gebastelt und sie an liebe Menschen geschickt.

... I'd like to show you.

Since my Easter card production wasn't very extensive this year, 

I made spring cards and sent them.

Bei den ersten beiden Karten habe ich noch einmal mit Designpapier 

und der Stickrahmenstanze aus der Renke Manufaktur gearbeitet.

Dazu kombinierte ich Washitape und Spritzer in Gold (Mica Gloss).

For the first two cards, I again used patterned paper 

and the embroidery hoop die from Renke Manufaktury.

I combined this with washi tape and gold spritzes (Mica Gloss).

Triple B April Challenge

Für die anderen beiden Karten verwendete ich meine neue Stanz- und Prägeschablone von Marianne Design.

Bei meinen Frühlingspapieren fand ich die beiden 3D-Motive (bereits fertiggestellt).

Dazu kombinierte ich verschiedene Stempel im Hintergrund, Enamel Dots 

und kleine goldene Schmetterlinge (Stampin' Up). 

Die Briefmarken stanzte ich aus den Resten des Designpapiers, 

welches ich für die beiden ersten Karten verwendet hatte.

For the other two cards, I used my new die-cutting and embossing folder from Marianne Design.

I found the two 3D motifs (already finished) among my spring papers.

I combined them with various stamps in the background, enamel dots, 

and small gold butterflies (Stampin' Up). 

I die-cut the stamps from the leftover pieces of the designer paper I had used for the first two cards.
