Pilze / Mushrooms

 

... gab es dieses Jahr wieder reichlich in den Wäldern.

Ich erfreue mich nicht nur an den essbaren Pilzen, sondern auch an den anderen. 

Und zu den schönsten gehören für mich die Fliegenpilze.

... were plentiful in the forests again this year.

I enjoy not only the edible mushrooms, but also the others.

And for me, fly agarics are among the most beautiful.

Für diese Karte wählte ich das Slimline-Format.

Den Hintergrund gestaltete ich mit Distress Oxides, einer Schablone und einem Stempel.

Die Elemente stanzte ich aus Aqurellpapier aus und colorierte sie mit Aquarellfarben.

Zum Schluss stempelte ich den Text, der hier sehr gut passt, 

denn wenn man durch den Wald geht, vergisst man die Zeit sehr leicht. 

Überall gibt es etwas zu entdecken und man sieht, wie der Wald sich jetzt wieder verändert.

For this card, I chose the slimline format.

I designed the background with Distress Oxides, a stencil, and a stamp.

I punched the elements out of watercolor paper and colored them with watercolors.

Finally, I stamped the sentiment ("Happiness begins where you forget time"), 

which is very fitting here because when you walk through the forest, 

it's easy to lose track of time. There's something to discover everywhere, 

and you can see how the forest is changing again.

In unserem Wald wachsen dieses Jahr ganz besondere Pilze, 

ich nenne sie mal "Blumenpilze".

This year, some very special mushrooms are growing in our forest, 

I call them "Flower Mushrooms."

Zwischenzeitlich war es recht trocken bei uns.

Dann reißen die Pilzköpfe ein und diese Blütenformen entstehen.

It's been quite dry here for a while.

Then the mushroom caps break, and these flower shapes emerge.
