Paper Piecing

 

Eine Technik die ich sehr mag, aber viel zu selten benutze.

A technique that I like very much, but use far too rarely.

Das habe ich mit meiner heutigen Karte geändert.

Zuerst stempelte ich alle Motive direkt auf die Karte und anschließend noch einmal auf Designpapier.

Die großen Buchstaben, die Blüten und Blätter schnitt ich dann säuberlich aus 

und klebte sie direkt auf die Karte.

Mit Mica Gloss Metallic (Farbe: New Penny) stempelte ich noch kleine Punkte 

direkt auf die Karte und in die Blütenmitte.

I changed that with today's card.

First I stamped all the motifs directly onto the card and then again onto design paper.

I then neatly cut out the large letters, flowers and leaves 

and glued them directly onto the card.

Using Mica Gloss Metallic (color: New Penny) I stamped small dots 

directly onto the card and into the center of the flower.
