It's reveal time again in the Card Chain Challenge.
Diesen Monat ging meine Karte zu Jo in Großbritannien.
This month my card went to Jo in UK.
Der Monat August ist der Monat der Apfelernte,
deshalb habe ich mich für das Thema Früchte entschieden.
The month of August is the month of apple harvest, so I chose the fruit theme.
Es wurde eine Slimline-Karte. Den Hintergrund gestaltete ich mit meinem großen Maschendrahtzaunstempel und ich spritzte etwas Mica Gloos in grün und silber auf.
In die Mitte klebte ich einen Streifen Aquarellpapier,
welchen ich zuvor mit Aquarellfarben eingefärbt hatte.
Darauf platzierte ich die Apfelsticker, Blätter, Gräser, Blüten ....
und zum Schluss den Text.
It became a slimline card. I created the background with my big chain link fence stamp
and I sprayed on some Mica Gloos in green and silver.
In the middle I glued a strip of watercolor paper, which I had previously colored with watercolor paints.
I placed the apple stickers, leaves, grass, blossoms ....
and finally the text.
Eine Karte mit Früchten bekam ich auch von Dee aus Kenia.
Im September kann ich leider nicht an der Challenge teilnehmen (bin z.Zt. im Urlaub!)
