Das Meer, der Ocean / The sea, the ocean

 ... sind immer wieder ein Sehnsuchtsort ... für mich.

Richtig begründen kann ich es nicht.

Und ich freue mich jetzt schon auf unseren diesjährigen Urlaub,

den wir wieder am Atlantischen Ozean verbringen werden.

Wir sind aber keine am Strand Lieger, sondern Aktivurlauber

und lieben lange Strandspaziergänge.

... are always a place of longing ... for me.

I can't really explain it.

And I'm already looking forward to our holiday this year,

which we will again spend at the Atlantic Ocean.

But we are not loungers on the beach, but active vacationers

and love long walks on the beach.

Zeigt uns Eure Liebe und Verbundenheit zu den Weltmeeren.

Alles ist erlaubt, was am, im und auf dem Meer zu sehen ist.

Show us your love and connection to the oceans.

Everything is allowed that can be seen on, in and at the oceans.

Für meine Karte habe ich ein Stempelset von Viva Decor verwendet.

Zuerst stempelte ich die kleinen Boote auf eine alte Buchseite und schnitt alles fein säuberlich aus.

Mit Distress Oxides wischte ich etwas Farbe auf den Kartenrohling 

und stempelte anschließend die Wellen.

Damit es so aussieht, das die Boote im Wasser schwimmen, habe ich kleine Schlitze in die Karte geschnitten und dahinein die Boote geklebt.

I used a Viva Decor stamp set for my card.

First I stamped the little boats on an old book page and cut everything out neatly.

I wiped some paint onto the blank card with Distress Oxides

and then stamped the waves.

To make it look like the boats are floating in the water, I cut small slits in the card and glued the boats into them.

Auch unser Hund liebt es, am Meer zu sein!!

Our dog loves to be by the sea too!!
