papierelle: Richtig bunt / Really colorful

... ist meine heutige Karte ... so wie die Natur zur Zeit.

... is my card for today ... just like nature is right now.

Für den Hintergrund der Schmetterlinge verwendete ich Aquarellpapier

und einen Stempel von Hero Arts. Diesen färbte ich mit Aquarellfarben ein,

gab ein bisschen Wasser dazu und drückte ihn auf dem Aquarellpapier ab.

Das machte ich dann noch einmal auf einem anderen Stück Aquarellpapier.

Nachdem alles getrocknet war, stempelte ich die Schmetterlinge (Craft Sensations)

auf das Papier, fügte noch etwas Farbe hinzu und schnitt sie aus.

Aus dem restlichen Papier stanzte ich die kleinen Blüten.

Mit weißem Gesso machte ich kleine Punkte, um die Flugbahnen der Schmetterlinge anzudeuten.

For the butterfly background, I used watercolor paper and a Hero Arts stamp.

I colored the stamp with watercolors, added a little water, and pressed it onto the watercolor paper.

I then repeated this process on another piece of watercolor paper.

After it dried, I stamped the butterflies (Craft Sensations) onto the paper,

added some more color, and then cut them out.

I punched out the small flowers from the remaining paper.

I used white gesso to add small dots to suggest the butterflies' flight paths.
