Resteverwertung Nr.32 / Use of leftovers No.32

 

Ich hatte mal wieder eine Idee, wollte diese auch gleich in die Tat umsetzen 

und vergaß dabei, die ausgewählten Reste zu fotografieren. 

Also machte ich danach ein Foto, nachdem ich die benötigten Elemente ausgestanzt hatte.

I had another idea and wanted to put it into practice right away, 

but I forgot to photograph the selected leftovers. 

So I took a photo after I had punched out the required elements.

Und so sieht die fertige Karte aus.

And this is what the finished card looks like.

Zuerst klebte ich mir einen Bereich der Karte ab, färbte ihn mit Hilfe von Schablonen 

und Distress Oxides und stempelte kleine Punkte auf.

Die Laternensilhouette fand ich in meiner Box mit Stanzelementen 

und sie war auch der Auslöser für meine Idee. 

Aus den Aquarellpapierresten stanzte ich verschiedenen kleine Zweige 

und gestaltete daraus den Kranz. 

Ihn dekorierte ich mit einer rosa Schleife und rosa Sternen. 

Zum Schluß stempelte ich den Text.

First, I masked off a section of the card, colored it using stencils and Distress Oxides, 

and stamped on small dots.

I found the lantern silhouette in my box of die cuts, and it sparked my idea. 

I punched various small branches from the watercolor paper scraps 

and used them to create the wreath. I decorated it with a pink bow and pink stars. 

Finally, I stamped the sentiment - Peace and contemplativeness
