Zuerst stanzte ich den Rahmen aus Aquarellpapier und colorierte ihn mit Aquarellfarben.

Während der Trocknungszeit stempelte ich den Tintenfisch auf ein weiteres Stück Aquarellpapier 

und colorierte ebenfalls mit Aquarellfarben. Auch dieser Teil muss erst trocknen. In der Zwischenzeit stempelte ich den Tintenfisch und den Tonkrug (beides von Chou & Flowers) auf ein Reststück Aquarellpapier, colorierte wieder mit Aquarellfarben und schnitt es nach dem Trocknen säuberlich aus.

Den Tintenfisch klebte ich auf den Hintergrund und den Tonkrug platzierte ich auf dem Meeresboden. Den Rahmen klebte ich mit Schaumstoffpads auf den Hintergrund und alles zusammen auf einen Kartenrohling.

Zum Schluss setze ich mit kleinen Stempeln (ebenfalls Chou & Flowers) kleine Akzente im Wasser und auf dem Meeresboden, kleibte kleine weiße Punkte als Wasserblasen auf und platzierte den Schriftzug, welchen ich aus einem Reststück Aquarellpapier ausstanzte, welches ich vor einiger Zeit mit Aquarellfarbgen eingefärbt hatte.

Auch wenn ich sehr gern Tintenfischringe esse, hoffe ich doch sehr, das diese kleine Schönheit keinem Fischer ins Netz geht!!

First I punched the frame out of watercolor paper and colored it with watercolor paints.

While it was drying I stamped the squid onto another piece of watercolor paper and colored it with watercolor paints as well. This part also has to dry first. In the meantime, I stamped the squid and the clay jug (both by Chou & Flowers) onto a scrap piece of watercolor paper, colored it again with watercolor paints and cut it out neatly once it was dry.

I glued the octopus to the background and placed the clay jar on the seabed. I glued the frame to the background with foam pads and everything together on a blank card.

Finally, I set small accents in the water and on the seabed with small stamps (also Chou & Flowers), glued on small white dots as water bubbles and placed the lettering, which I punched out of a leftover piece of watercolor paper, which I colored with watercolor paint some time ago.

Even though I love to eat squid rings, I really hope that this little beauty doesn't get caught by any fisherman!!
