Aber wir haben hier keinen Winter.
Also gibt es richtige Schmetterlinge!!
It is said that snowflakes are the butterflies of winter.
But we don't have winter here.
So there are real butterflies!!
Der Schmetterling auf meiner Karte flog direkt zu Lia in den Niederlanden,
The butterfly on my card went straight to Lia in the Netherlands because I got to design a card for her as part of this month's Card Chain Challenge.
Dieses mal habe ich den Sketch und die Farb-Challenge umgesetzt.
This time I implemented the sketch and the color challenge.
Ich prägte ein Stück weißen Karton und klebte es auf den weißen Kartonrohling.
Der Schmetterling besteht aus zwei Teilen. Zuerst colorierte ich den unteren Teil mit Alkoholstiften und klebte anschließend den schwarzen oberen Teil auf.
Die Blätter stanzte ich aus Reststücken Aquarellpapier, die ich schon vor längerer Zeit mit Aquarellfarben eingefärbt hatte. Zum Schluss stempelte ich den Text.
I embossed a piece of white cardstock and glued it to the white cardstock blank.
The butterfly consists of two parts. First I colored the lower part with alcohol pencils and then glued on the black upper part.
I punched the leaves out of leftover pieces of watercolor paper, which I had colored with watercolor paints a long time ago. Finally, I stamped the sentiment: Lovely wishes.

Wow, der Schmetterling ist ja imposant! Vermutlich wirkt er in natura ohnehin sehr lebensecht, da du die schwarze Schicht noch oben drauf geklebt hast. Das kommt auf den Fotos natürlich nicht so raus, aber ich kann es mir gut vorstellen.
