Einmal Herbst, einmal Winter / Once autumn, once winter

... that's how I designed my two cards for the current Twofer Challenge "Silhouettes".

Hier noch einmal jede Karte im Einzelnen.

Here again each card in detail.

For the Christmas card I used stamps from different manufacturers (SU, Crafters Companion and card-io).
I created the background with a self-made stencil and distress oxides.
White splashes create the appearance of snow.

For the autumn card I used stamps from SU, card-io and Lavinia stamps.
I stamped the tree group and the squirrels on a separate piece of paper.

Before sticking it on, I sprayed the blank card with Mica Gloss in gold.
You can see that a little better here.

Deine Karten gefallen mir ebenfalls, besonders deine Herbstkarte.

Klasse!

Viele Grüße und ein schönes Wochenende!

Sweet silhouettes, Gundi! On the Christmas card, it looks as though there's a light shining down from heaven onto your magical scene ... perfect with the sentiment! The little squirrels in the autumn trees are so fun ... the warm neutrals are lovely ... and the delicate splattering of gold is delicious! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Twofer! Hugs, Anita :)

These are both exquisite and beautiful, Gundi! I was really moved by both scenes you created, which really evoked the wonderment of the young girl. I love them! I especially love the sweet dog on your Christmas design and love how you added gold schparkle to the autumn design with the playful squirrels! Thank you so much for playing in Twofer Card Challenge #32! Keep safe and well! Hugs, Darnell

What a great way to utilize your stamps, Gundi! That little girl is so sweet, and she displays the wonders of the seasons you've created on both of your cards. The blues in your arch stencil are so soft and serene, and they depict the Christmas season perfectly. Love the tan and especially the gold splatterings of your second card. I also can relate to your plans for the weekend! I'd like to do the same, but work around the house prevents me from it, lol!! Thank you for joining us at The Twofer Challenge. Stay safe. Bev
