Die Idee zu meiner erste Karte entstand beim Suchen einer Stanzschablone.
Dabei fiel mir die Stanzschablone in Form eines Rahmens mit Ilexzweig in die Hände.
Ich stanze ihn aus Aquarellpapier aus und colorierte anschließend den Zweig
mit Aquarellfarben. Den Vogel stanzte ich aus einem Reststück Aquarellpapier aus.
Den Rahmen klebte ich mit dicken Abstandpads auf die Grundkarte auf.
The idea for my first card came from finding a cutting die. The cutting die in the form of a frame with an Ilex branch fell into my hands. I punched it out of watercolor paper and then colored the branch with watercolors. The bird I punched out of a remnant piece of watercolor paper. I glued the frame to the basecard with thick foam pads.

Für meine zweite Karte habe ich ein Stück Aquarellpapier benutzt, welches schon eine Weile
auf meinem Basteltisch liegt und mir die Idee fehlte, wie ich es weiter verarbeiten kann.
Und plötzlich war sie da, die Idee.
Ich stempelte die Baumgruppe zuerst in grau und anschließend noch einmal mit weiß darüber.
Dann noch ein passender Schriftzug und Schneeflocken aus hellblauem MicaGloss.
For my second card, I used a piece of watercolor paper, which has been on my craft table for a while and I missed the idea of how I can continue to process it.
And suddenly she was there, the idea.
I stamped the tree group first in gray and then again with white over it. Then a matching lettering and snowflakes from light blue MicaGloss.

Die Schatten der Ilexzweige sind ja super! Da hast du echt dicke Abstandspads genommen. Sehr gut!
Bei der zweiten Karte kann ich gar nicht erkennen, dass du die Bäume mit Weiß überstempelt hast. Aber vermutlich wäre sonst das Grau dunkler, oder?
